Background:  Early in her life, Lynn developed a passion for the skin care and cosmetology industry and she spent her career following that passion. As a young woman, Lynn educated herself in the industry, gathering several certifications and licenses in skin and hair care and analysis.  She also earned her cosmetology and estheticians licenses, which enabled her to advance her career.  Armed with this knowledge, Lynn began working in esthetician and cosmetologist positions.  Her first career opportunity sent her to Anchorage, Alaska where she opened the Orlane Institute for Nordstrom.  She was one of the first esthetician’s in anchorage and was featured on a local talk show and received positive press reviews.  She then moved back to Bellevue, Washington and worked for Carolyn Hansen Modeling agency, running and managing the hair salons for both the Seattle and Bellevue locations.  It was in these positions that she developed the crucial hands on experience needed to launch her incredibly successful career in the sales side of the industry.

Lynn landed her first big sales position as an Account Executive/Regional Manager for Mantigo, Inc. responsible for handling major retailers.  Lynn’s work ethic and passion showed in her sales figures.  Her results and overall performance qualified Lynn for her next big sales position, as an Account Executive for Paul Sebastian, Inc.  This position put Lynn in charge of over 92 locations throughout the Southwest Region of the United States.  Lynn was recognized as #1 in sales for her region and was directly responsible for the sales growth of 77% in her first year. She was well respected among her colleagues and made a name for herself in the northwest market.  She was sought after by many companies and decided to accept her favorite position in 2000 with philosophy inc. as Western Regional Manager, covering thirteen states.

When her and her family relocated from Seattle, Washington to Santa Rosa, California, Lynn continued her career with philosophy inc.  philosophy as a company embodied all of the same ideals and passions for the industry that Lynn herself had and, within this position, she grew into the savvy business woman she is today.  When Lynn first accepted her position as Western Regional Manager she inherited the most troublesome region in the company with the worst sales performance.  In a little over three years, Lynn grew her sales figures by 471% and made her region the most successful in the company.  Lynn finished her career in the skin care industry as a role model who was  recognized for her successes, and stood out as a leader.

Today, we are lucky to have Lynn lend us her vast sales industry insight and work ethic to our wonderful team and family… our business would not be the same without her.
