Position: Vice President, Sales
Responsibilities: In addition to handling the regular client interaction and sales responsibilities associated with a brokerage company, Ryan is also responsible for IT, server and network administration, website design and maintenance, graphic design and social media.
Background: After graduating from Central Washington University where he majored in Graphic Design with a minor in Business Marketing, Ryan moved to Seattle, Washington where he has lived and worked for almost 7 years. After initially finding an entry level support position with a small criminal law firm out of college, Ryan began a career in the legal industry. Ryan excelled in the profession and was quickly noticed by his employers for his strong work ethic, organization and ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced work environment. These qualities caused Ryan to be quickly promoted within each of the law firms he worked, quickly advancing him in the legal profession. With what began with a part-time support position at his first small criminal law firm culminated with an advanced paralegal position at a major law firm in the downtown financial district of Seattle. Ryan served in all of his positions as the primary point of contact for his firms’ clients and was adept at meeting their needs. Being asked to wear many hats throughout his legal career, Ryan filled the roles of Firm Administrator, Office Manager as well as On-Site IT Administrator.
To accept his new position with Bon Sales & Marketing, Ryan has relocated to Santa Rosa, California where he now resides with his wife and son, Karen and Christian. By upholding the same qualities that allowed him to excel in his previous endeavors, Ryan is a perfect fit with what Bon Sales & Marketing as a company strives to represent and achieve in the industry.
