When Kasia Bober opened her Chicago deli in 1982, she knew her homemade pierogi, blintzes, and potato pancakes would prove popular with neighborhood regulars. But it wasn’t long before customers from all over the town started clamoring for her cooking as well, even voting her pierogis “Chicago’s Best”.
Today, Kasia’s Deli brings authentic European taste to even more tables, yet little has changed since those early days. Kasia’s Pierogi, Blintzes and Potato Pancakes are still made in the family tradition for a taste that’s ultimately timeless.
