Sonoma Gourmet

Sonoma Gourmet Specialty Food Company, located in Sonoma, California, is owned and operated by Chefs Roger Declercq and Bill Weber.  The idea of producing restaurant quality sauces and condiments for the retail market was conceived while the two chefs were employed preparing fine foods in the ski resort restaurants around Lake Tahoe.

Today the Sonoma Gourmet brand has expanded to over 24 all natural products including pasta sauces, salad dressings and dip-n-toss.’  Not are these products created with the highest quality ingredients from within a 200 mile radius of the Sonoma Gourmet facility in Sonoma, California but they are made with the utmost attention to ensure flavor.  Like the Sonoma Gourmet saying goes, “we make our stuff the same way you do, we just use bigger pots.”
